 WHY WE EXIST

We all know the struggle: One minute you're chilling, the next you're buried under a mountain of homework. Anxiety hits, perfectionism is a burden, and your extracurriculars are fighting for your last brain cell. Between tests, clubs, sports, and trying to have a social life, it’s…a lot.

That’s why our campaign exists: to give high school students a place to breathe, rant, laugh, and drop the academic stress while encouraging them to maintain positive study habits.

 WHO ARE WE?

We're three high school students who relate to the rush that academics give you. Through social media posts, community events, surveys, podcasts, and more, we aim to bring awareness to the potential effects of overworking yourself during high school. We focus on protective factors, such as TIME MANAGEMENT and MOTIVATION, and risk factors, especially PROCRASTINATION

remember even the most simple facts.”
- Charles Darwin (during burnout)

The psychological concept of stress wasn’t formally defined until the 1930s (by Hans Selye).
